Production method | 1. It is prepared by the action of scandium chloride, scandium nitrate and hydrofluoric acid or hydrogen fluoride gas and scandium oxide. 2. Dissolve SC (OH)3 or Sc2O3 in a saturated solution obtained by 40% hydrofluoric acid and evaporate and concentrate in a platinum dish. The generated precipitate is filtered out and dried at 150~180 ℃ in vacuum. |
